ME Your VA  offers:

  • Administrative assistance such as preparation of reports and documents; data entry; email and diary management; appointment scheduling; travel and hotel bookings; spreadsheet preparation
  • HR and Recruitment assistance including placing advertisements on platforms like Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn etc; review resumes and shortlist candidates; complete reference checks; present candidate profile summaries.
  • Event Management assistance such as venue coordination; assist with ticket sales, guest lists, invitations etc; and event day management.
  • Real Estate Administration including Entry condition and Routine Inspection reports (Property Me); issue of Entry Notices; database management; leasing properties including review applications, complete reference checks and TICA; present application summaries.

Absolutely not. Whether it is a couple hours work or longer term, no job is too big or small.

We can discuss what is most convenient to you. Cloud based programs and emails are commonly utilized.

Generally speaking, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm however, depending on the scope of the project and international time zones, operating hours are flexible and will be discussed in the initial consultation.

ME Your VA is closed on all Queensland and Australian public holidays.

I acknowledge that every project is different and with this in mind, costings will be discussed during our initial consultation. Project packages, monthly, weekly and hourly rates are adaptable to your needs.

I am located on the Gold Coast but as this is a remote business, clients are located not just in Australia but overseas.
